How to create a Cloud Security Group

Note: This article relates to a product currently in beta testing.

Security Groups are sets of IP filter rules that act as a virtual firewall for your instances to control ingress and egress traffic.

You’ll be able to communicate with your instance using network communication protocols (eg. SSH) after adding security group rules to the instance.

Steps

    Log in to your xneelo Cloud dashboard.

    Using the menu on the left, navigate to Network and then select Security Groups.
  • 3
    Click on + Create Security Group
  • 4
    Enter a Security Group name and description.
  • 5
    Click on Create Security Group to create the Security Group.
