How to cancel or delete your transfer request via the xneelo Control Panel

If you have requested a domain transfer and have decided against transferring the domain to xneelo, you may cancel the request before it is approved via the xneelo Control Panel. 

If your transfer request remains unsuccessful 30 days after your initial submission, the request in your control panel will automatically expire. Once this occurs, you are able to delete your transfer request and permanently remove it from view. If you would still like to transfer the domain, you can create a new transfer request.


  • Cancel your transfer request

    It’s possible to cancel your transfer if the request is still active and the transfer has not yet been approved.

    1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
    2. Using the left-hand menu, navigate to Transfers under TOOLS.
    3. Under Sent Requests, click on the domain name.
    4. Click Cancel request.
    5. Select Yes, cancel and delete request.
    6. A pop-up message will confirm that the transfer request has been cancelled and removed from view.





  • Delete your transfer request

    Your transfer request automatically expires after 30 days of inactivity. You can delete your request to remove it from view.

    1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
    2. Using the left-hand menu, navigate to Transfers under TOOLS.
    3. Under Sent Requests, click on the domain name.
    4. Click Delete request.
    5. A pop-up message will confirm that the transfer request has been deleted and removed from view.
