How to connect your domain to a hosting package

The information in this article is related to the new xneelo Control Panel.
If you are still using konsoleH, refer to this article.

When you are ready to add a website and email to a domain that is listed on your account, you can connect your domain to a suitable hosting package.

Choose from four hosting options: Basic, Standard, Advanced and Master.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    In the side menu, click on + Add product. You’ll be directed to Our Offerings (New customers will be directed to the Product catalogue directly).

    Click on View in the Web Hosting card to view the package options.
  • 4
    Select the most suitable package for your needs.
  • 5
    Select your hosting location – Choose where you’d like to host your website, in South Africa or Germany. Click Continue once selected.

    Select Connect a domain.
  • 7
    Select the domain you would like to connect to a hosting package and click Continue.
  • 8
    Follow the prompts to complete your order.

What happens next

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the hosting package is active.
