How to cancel a Multiple or a Parked domain via the xneelo Control Panel

Steps

  Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

  Select a Product from the side menu.

  Click on the domain that has Multiple or Parked Domains you wish to cancel.

  Under Hosting tools, click on Parked & Multiple Domains.

  A list of available Parked and Multiple Domain will appear. Click on the Parked or Multiple Domain you’d like to cancel.

  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel domain.

  A pop-up window will appear. Choose a cancellation option:

  • • Cancel web hosting and keep domain active, or
    • Cancel web hosting and domain renewal
    • Cancel web hosting and transfer domain 

  Note: For customers with hosting packages only, a cancellation options drop-down will not display

  Select a reason for cancelling your package from the drop-down list. If ‘Other’ is selected, please provide your reasons before proceeding.

  Select the checkbox.

  Click Confirm.
