How to cancel CDN

CDN (content delivery network), improves your web performance by reducing the time needed to send content and rich media to your users. The service can be cancelled in a few steps.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
  • 2
    Select a Product from the side menu.
  • 3
    Select the specific domain name.
  • 4
    Click the arrow next to CDN under Performance and Security.  
  • 5
    Click Cancel service to deactivate the CDN on the domain.

What happens next

CDN will be cancelled and you will no longer have CDN listed.

Assist Note

Upon cancellation your website’s DNS records (if managed by xneelo) will be updated to point back to your website’s hosting server.

If the domain’s DNS is not managed by xneelo, please reach out to your DNS provider for assistance with pointing your website DNS records directly to the hosting server.

Assist Tip

You will be able to add CDN again.
