How to delete a record within the Manage DNS tool

A variety of tasks can be completed within the Manage DNS tool, such as deleting a record.

Steps

    Browse to the xneelo Control Panel and log in.

    Select a Product from the side menu.
  • 3
    Select the domain name.
  • 4
    Under Domain tools, select Manage DNS.
  • 5
    Search for the relevant record by scrolling through the various records (narrow your choice by using the filter menu).
  • 6
    Select the 3 dots menus in line with the relevant record.
  • 7
    Click delete.
  • 8
    Confirm your choice to delete the record

What happens next

A success message will appear on the top of your screen once the record has been deleted.
