How to use a zone template

A variety of tasks can be completed within the Manage DNS tool. Use a template to easily update your mail records for use with Outlook for Office 365 or Google Mail, authenticate your domain with Mailchimp, or revert to our default settings.

    Browse to the xneelo Control Panel and log in.

    Select a Product (e.g. Web Hosting) from the side menu.

    Click on the domain name.
  • 4
    Under Domain tools, select Manage DNS.

    Click on the 3 dots next to the '+ Add record' button.
  • 6
    Select the relevant template e.g. Office 365.
  • 7
    A preview of the full DNS zone record will appear. Records that will be deleted will be indicated in red and records that will be added will be indicated in green.

    To proceed, click Apply.
Assist Note

This step is reversible. To change back to using xneelo for mail, simply return to the apply templates tab and choose the xneelo mail template.
