How to order a Self-Managed Server via the xneelo Control Panel

You may place your order for a Self-Managed Server via the xneelo Control Panel.

If you are a new customer, you will first need to create an xneelo account. This will provide access to the xneelo Control Panel where you can order and manage your hosting services.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Click on Add product in the side menu.
    New customers will be directed to the Product catalogue directly.

    In the Self-Managed Servers card, select View.
  • 4
    Choose the Self-Managed Server that meets your needs by clicking Configure.

    You will have the opportunity to:
    • Select total RAM
    • Include custom storage
    • Select an Operating System
    • Add any special requirements
    • 6
      Click Continue to proceed.
    • 7
      Complete the order process, which will vary according to the payment method you have chosen.

    What happens next

    Self-Managed Servers with standard builds will be provisioned within an hour. Orders with custom instructions may take 1-2 business days. 

    Access details will be emailed to the xneelo account holder upon completion of the order.
