How to order a Web Hosting package via the xneelo Control Panel

Ordering a Web Hosting package in the xneelo Control Panel is easy.

Choose one of our four hosting options: Basic, Standard, Advanced and Master.

Steps

  1. Log in or sign up to the xneelo Control Panel.
  2. In the side menu, click on + Add product. You’ll be directed to Our Offerings (New customers will be directed to the Product catalogue directly).
  3. Click on View in the Web Hosting card to view the package options.
  4. Choose the hosting package that meets your needs.
  5. Select your hosting location and click Continue.
  6. Choose your preferred domain option. The following options are available:


  • Register a new domain

    1. Select Register a new domain.
    2. Enter the domain you would like to register and select Search.
    3. If the domain is available, select Continue. 
    4. You will be given the option to add a Parked domain to your hosting package. Select a Parked domain or click Skip.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete your order.





  • Connect a domain

    1. Select Connect a domain.
    2. Select the domain you would like to connect to a hosting package and click Continue.
    3. Your order summary will appear.  Confirm your selection by agreeing to the Term of Service and then click Submit.

        Note: If this is your first order, you will need to select your preferred payment method and interval first.

      • A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the hosting package is active.





    • Create a subdomain

      1. Select Create a subdomain.
      2. Enter the subdomain (leave out www) and click Search.
      3. If the subdomain is available, select the checkbox and click Continue.
      4. Follow the prompts to complete your order.

      Note: The subdomain will not be created and you may request a call-back for assistance if:

      • The primary domain is not registered with xneelo
      • The primary domain is registered on a different xneelo account
      • The primary domain is not registered at all




          • Only interested in hosting

            1. Select Only interested in hosting.
            2. Enter the domain name (without the preceding www) and click Search.
            3. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
            4. Once your hosting package has been ordered, proceed to Step 2 in this Help Centre article.




            What happens next

            Your new product will be listed on the Products page.

            Assist Note

            It may take a few minutes to provision and the status will be set to “provisioning” first. Once your product is provisioned, the status will update to “active” and can be used immediately.

            Assist Tip

            You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time.
