How to order an Internal Transfer on your Managed Server via the xneelo Control Panel
If you are still using konsoleH, refer to this article.
An internal transfer is the process of moving a domain from one xneelo account to another. If you have a Managed Server on your account, you may transfer a domain directly to your server.
For the new account holder (Gaining Party): If you want to take control of a domain currently administered by someone else, you must initiate the internal transfer request to your own xneelo account.
For the current account holder (Losing Party): Once a transfer is initiated, you will receive a request to approve it. You can do so by following our guide: How to accept an Internal Account Transfer via the xneelo Control Panel
Note: To ensure a smooth transfer, we recommend that you contact the current account holder managing the domain before you submit your transfer request.

What happens next
A transfer request with an authorisation code will be sent to the current administrator, which allows them to accept or decline the transfer. The transfer request is valid for 10 days, after which it will automatically be declined. As soon as the current administrator approves the request, the transfer process will start.
The current administrator also has the ability to approve the transfer of any associated domains (Parked or Multiple domains).
You are able to resend the transfer request with a message one more time before the transfer expires via the Sent requests tab.
If declined, we suggest reaching out to the current account owner to find out why they declined your request and what you can do to make it a success.
Custom DNS records will not be changed once the transfer is approved.
