How to register a domain via the xneelo Control Panel

The information in this article is related to the new xneelo Control Panel.

Registering your domain is easy with our online ordering process. You can register a domain name at any time, even before you have an existing website. When placing your first order with us, you will first need to create an account.


  • Register a domain without a hosting package

    1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
    2. In the side menu, click on + Add product. You’ll be directed to Our Offerings (New customers will be directed to the Product catalogue directly).
    3. Click on Add in the Domains card.
    4. Enter the domain you would like to register and click Search.
    5. If the domain is available, select the checkbox and click Continue.
    6. Follow the prompts to complete your order.





  • Register a domain with a hosting package

    1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
    2. In the side menu, click on + Add product. You’ll be directed to Our Offerings (New customers will be directed to the Product catalogue directly).
    3. Click on View in the Web Hosting card to view the package options.
    4. Choose the hosting package that meets your needs.
    5. Select your hosting location and click Continue.
    6. Select Register a new domain.
    7. Enter the domain you would like to register and select Search.
    8. If the domain is available, select the checkbox and select Continue.
    9. You will be given the option to add a Parked domain to your hosting package. Select a Parked domain and click Continue, alternatively click Skip.
    10. Follow the prompts to complete your order.



Assist Note

We register your domain name as a service and customers are liable for the associated registration fee. We will bill you for this fee and subsequently pay the registrar on your behalf. Please visit our product pages for information regarding domain registration fees.

We do not offer domain waiting services and quick registration.
