How to Repair or Optimise a Database via the xneelo Control Panel

Databases can become corrupted, often due to software or hardware issues. Additionally, databases can grow very large and can benefit from periodic optimisation. These tables can easily be repaired or optimised using phpMyAdmin in the xneelo Control Panel.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Select a Product from the side bar.

    Select the domain name.
  • 4
    Under Hosting tools, select Manage MySQL.

    Click on the 3 dots menu to the right of the relevant database.

    Select phpMyAdmin - phpMyAdmin for the database you have selected will open in a new tab.

    Select the database from the Databases list in phpMyAdmin. Select a database using phpMyAdmin

    From the list of database tables, check the boxes next to the tables that need to be repaired or optimised.

    At the bottom of the window (below the list of tables), click the drop-down menu at With Selected. Choose either Repair or Optimise according to your needs.

What happens next

Once this has run, you should get a message confirming that the relevant table has been repaired.
