How to settle your x-Account invoice
This payment method is exclusively available to accounts with an x-number.
If our attempt to process your recurring card payment is unsuccessful, you can settle your invoice using the Pay now button in your control panel.
We will attempt to process your recurring card payment 3 times. Should these attempts fail, you will need to settle your account to avoid suspension of your products and services.

3Under BILLING in the side menu, select Invoices.

4If payment is due, select Pay now in the Actions column.

5Follow the prompts to make payment.
If you have exceeded the allowed payment attempts using the Pay now button, please contact us for support.
You can view and change your existing card details via Payment Details in your x-Account.
