How to resubmit your domain transfer via the xneelo Control Panel
Note: These steps are only applicable to Domain Registrations. The option to transfer a domain name with a hosting package via the xneelo Control Panel will be available soon.
Your transfer request can be resubmitted if the transfer was not approved within the 5-day voting period. The transfer may have been unsuccessful for various reasons, such as the domain being locked or the domain owner not accepting the request from the Registry.
Ensure that your transfer difficulties are resolved before resubmitting your transfer request.
Steps
-
1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
-
2Using the left-hand menu, navigate to Transfers under Tools.
-
3Under Sent Requests, click on the domain name.
-
4Click Resubmit request.
-
5A pop-up message will confirm that the transfer request has been resubmitted.
What happens next
The domain registrant has 5 days in which to approve the transfer before the transfer request expires.
If your transfer request remains unsuccessful 30 days after your initial order submission, the order in your control panel will automatically expire and it will no longer be possible to resubmit the transfer. A new order will need to be placed if you would like to continue to transfer the domain.
It’s possible to cancel your order before the transfer is approved.
