Update my VAT number in the xneelo Control Panel

The information in this article is related to the new xneelo Control Panel.
If you are still using konsoleH, refer to this article.

The VAT registration number listed on your account should be kept up to date via the xneelo Control Panel.

Note that SARS does not require a VAT number for invoices under R5000.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    In the side menu, Select Account Details under Billing & Invoices.
  • 3
    Select Account Details.
  • 4
    Click Edit.
  • 5
    Under Company details, edit the VAT number.
  • 6
    Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save.
  • 7
    A success notification will appear and confirm that your details have been updated.

What happens next

All future invoices will display your updated VAT number.
