Update your account information via the xneelo Control Panel

1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
2. In the side menu, select Account Details under BILLING.
3. The details that display on your invoices will be visible. To change these details select Edit.
4. Once the necessary changes have been made, select Save.

Note: 

• These will be the details listed on your invoices.
• The email address listed under Account Details will receive invoices from xneelo.

1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
2. Select the initials icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select My Profile.
4. Under Personal Details, you may update your personal details and click Save. By updating your email address, you are also updating the email address with which you log into the xneelo Control Panel.

Note: 

• Following the update of your email address, you will receive a verification email the next time you log into your control panel. The newly listed email address will need to be verified before you are able to log into your account.

1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
2. In the side menu, select Payment Details under BILLING.
3. Under Payment method, you may select “Change to Debit Order” or “Change to Card/EFT” according to your preference.

Note: 

• The default payment interval for debit orders is monthly.
• All products are billed annually when your payment method is Card/ EFT.
• Bank account details are required if your payment method is updated from Cash/EFT to Debit Order.
• By providing your bank account details and selecting the Debit Order option, you are giving xneelo permission to debit your account.
• Debit orders take place on the first business day of each month.

1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
2. In the side menu, select Payment Details under BILLING.
3. To make changes to your banking details, click Edit.
4. Add the correct banking details and check the “I agree that” box once you have read the debit order conditions.
5. Click Save.
