Update your account information via the xneelo Control Panel
The information in this article is related to the new xneelo Control Panel.

Maintain correct account information to ensure the timely receipt of invoices and other important notifications.

Update your Account details
Updating your account details will update the details listed on your invoices.

1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

2In the side menu, select Account Details under BILLING.

3The details that display on your invoices will be visible. To change these details select Edit.

4Once the necessary changes have been made, select Save.
Note:
- The email address listed under Account Details will receive invoices from xneelo.

Update your Personal details (profile details)
Updating your email address under My Profile will update the email address you use to log in to the xneelo Control Panel. These details are associated with your specific xneelo user account.

1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

2Select the initials icon in the top right-hand corner.

3Select My Profile.

4Under Personal Details, you may update your personal details and click Save.
Note:
- Following the update of your email address, you will receive a verification email the next time you log in to your control panel. The newly listed email address will need to be verified before you are able to log in to your account.

Update your Payment method

1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

2In the side menu, select Payment Details under BILLING.

3Under Payment method, you may select “Change to Debit Order” or “Change to Card/EFT” according to your preference.
Note:
- The default payment interval for debit orders is monthly.
- All products are billed annually when your payment method is Card/ EFT.
- Bank account details are required if your payment method is updated from Cash/EFT to Debit Order.
- By providing your bank account details and selecting the Debit Order option, you are giving xneelo permission to debit your account.
- Debit orders take place on the first business day of each month.

Update your Banking details

1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

2In the side menu, select Payment Details under BILLING.

3To make changes to your banking details, click Edit.

4Add the correct banking details and check the “I agree that” box once you have read the debit order conditions.

5Click Save.
