How to cancel hosting with other providers
In order to transfer your domain, email and/or website to us, you’ll need to cancel your hosting service with your current provider. To assist you in this process, we have listed the most common hosting companies below, together with the procedure that they require.

1Send a cancellation email including information on the transfer of your domain name to cancellations@1-grid.com, or contact them on 021 200 1201.

2The request must originate from the email address listed on your account. Cancellation requests originating from an alternative email address will be ignored.
