How to change or remove a catchall email address

The catchall function can be easily changed to any other mailbox or alias on your domain, or removed if the catchall functionality is not needed.
Edit or remove the catchall:
- Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level.
- Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Services tab.
- In the left-hand menu pane, choose Mail > Manage Accounts.
- The Manage Accounts page displays the catchall feature in the top right of the page.
- Click on Edit.
- Select Remove catchall to delete the catchall OR choose a different username from the dropdown list and then select Setup catchall.
Once a catchall is removed, email sent to an email address that does not exist on your domain will be rejected and bounce back to the sender as a failed delivery.
