What settings can I change with ‘Manage Mailbox’ in Webmail?

The Manage Mailbox option in Webmail allows you to change your Email Password, set-up a Forward and configure an Auto Responder.

Access Manage Mailbox:

  1. Browse to the Webmail login page.
  2. Login with your full email address (eg. me@my-domain.com) and email password. (passwords are case-sensitive)
  3. Select Settings from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select Manage Mailbox.
  5. Enter your email address and email password.
  6. Click Sign In.

Change your Email Password:

  1. Select Change password
  2. Enter the new password twice. Please ensure you use a strong password
  3. Click on Update Mailbox

Set up a Forward:

  1. Under the Forwarders section, enter the email addresses you wish to forward your mail to (this can be an email address related to your domain or any external address.
  2. Click on Update Mailbox

Set up an Auto Responder:

  1. Under Autoresponse toggle the button to On
  2. Edit the Subject and Message body as needed
  3. Click on Update Mailbox
