What is the difference between my two customer accounts in the xneelo Control Panel?

Depending on the products you order in the xneelo Control Panel, there may come a time when you need to set up a second account. For example, if you already have an account with one or more products, you’ll need to create a new account to order xneelo Cloud, activating an improved billing experience in the process.

Each account has unique features, such as different customer numbers and available payment methods, plus separate billing and invoices. Once set up, you can use the Account Switcher to toggle between accounts.

Here are some of the main differences you’ll notice when you have two accounts set up:

  x-Account c-Account
