How to clear your website’s CDN cache

The default Cache Time-To-Live (TTL) is set to one hour. When changes are applied to a website using a CDN, the Clear all Cache feature enables you to instantly clear your website’s cache. This will allow you to view the updates made to your website without having to wait for the default one-hour TTL to expire.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Select a Product from the side menu.
  • 3
    Select or search for the specific domain name.
  • 4
    Click the arrow next to CDN under Performance and Security.
  • 5
    Select Clear all Cache.
  • 6
    Click Confirm.

What happens next

Once cache is cleared, you will see the most up-to-date changes when browsing to your website.

Assist Note

Clearing cache will clear all cache, and your site will revert back to pre-CDN speeds until the cache builds up again.
