How to view the domain status on a Managed Server via the xneelo Control Panel

The hosting packages associated with domains can have any one of the following statuses:

  • Active: The hosting package is active
  • Provisioning: The hosting account is in the process of being activated on the server; the domain is in the process of transferring to xneelo
  • Locked by xneelo: In case of payment dispute; the hosting account is inaccessible
  • Cancellation Period: The domain’s hosting account is due to be deleted

Follow the steps below to view status of your domains on your Managed Server.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Under PRODUCTS in the side menu, select Managed Servers.
  • 3
    Click on the down arrow (⌄) to the right of your server name.
  • 4
    All the domains on your server will be listed, and each domain's status will appear under the Status column.
Assist Note

You can create or edit your own custom hosting packages on your Managed Server – with tailored quotas for disk space, traffic, databases, email accounts, aliases, and FTP users.
