View your Hosting Account details via the xneelo Control Panel

Steps

  Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

  Navigate to the Products page.

  Select the domain name.

  The following details can be found under Website details:

  • Interim URL can be used to view the website before domain propagation has completed (e.g. to check that the website has been uploaded correctly).
  • Server IP Address is used to upload (FTP) web content before domain propagation has completed or when using a web application firewall (WAP) such as Cloudbric.
  • Hosting Server name – used to enable SSL/TLS for email.

  The below details can be found under Hosting tools:

  • Manage MySQL displays the database names and their host server.
  • FTP Users displays the default FTP login.
  • Disk Cleanup displays the package's disk usage.

  Mailbox details can be found in Mail Admin under Mail tools.
