How to activate mail for Managed WordPress Hosting

Managed WordPress Hosting offers you the ability to create email accounts and host your mail with xneelo.
Note: Mail can be activated once you have attached a domain to your Managed WordPress Hosting. The domain name must be registered with xneelo and not with another provider.
How to activate Mail:
Activate the Mail hosting service for Managed WordPress before creating your email accounts.

Under Products in the side menu, select Managed WordPress.
- Click on your website name.
- Under Mail, click on Activate mail.
- Wait for domain verification and activation to complete, then select Continue.
- Once complete, you’ll be directed to the Mail Admin page to set up mailboxes, aliases and catch-all accounts.
How to create a new email account
Once the Mail hosting service has been activated, you can create new email addresses.

On the Mail Admin page, select + Add Mailbox.
- Enter the new email address and your choice of password.
- Forwarders are optional. Note: A forwarding email address is an email address that automatically forwards incoming messages to another email address.
- Select Add to confirm the mailbox creation.
- Upon successful creation, a page will present the new mailbox details.
- Click Close. Your new mailbox is now displayed on the Mail Admin page.
