How to reverse the cancellation of your Managed WordPress hosting

Please note that we are no longer accepting new orders for Managed WordPress Hosting and will discontinue the product at the end of August 2024. For more information, please refer to these FAQs.

You are able to reverse the cancellation of your Managed WordPress package via the xneelo Control Panel. The hosting package will remain active for 30 days following the cancellation.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Under Products in the side menu, select Managed WordPress.
  • 3
    Click on your website name
  • 4
    A banner at the top of the screen will confirm the number of days until termination. Select Stop cancellation to reverse your cancellation.

    Click on the checkbox to reactivate hosting and select Stop cancellation.
  • 6
    A toast message will confirm that the hosting service is restored.
