How to grant visitors access to your Colocation rack

The Data Centre Access tool allows you to add and remove permanent visitors easily. Only visitors on your Data Centre Access list will be granted access to the data centre.

Once you’ve added your visitor’s details, please contact us to request a booking.

Steps

    Browse to your xneelo Control Panel and log in.

    Under Products in the side menu, select Colocation.
  • 3
    Click on the Rack you would like to access.
  • 4
    Under Tools, select the Data Centre Access icon.
  • 5
    Select + Add visitor.
  • 6
    Check if your visitor already has access by entering their ID or passport number and then selecting Search & continue.
  • 7
    Enter the visitor’s details and click Continue.
  • 8
    Select the POD(s) your visitor should have access to and click Finish & add visitor.

What happens next

New visitors must complete an orientation and capture biometrics. 

Before your new visitor can access the Data Centre, check your email for next steps to schedule an orientation. Once oriented, your visitor can access your selected PODs at any time.

Assist Note

You can revoke access to your rack at any time.

Assist Tip

To grant access to temporary visitors, please contact us with the required information. Temporary access is limited to 24 hours from activation.
