We provide a Backup service for all Web Hosting packages as well as Managed & Self-Managed Servers.

• Our backups are intended for emergency situations.
• You should not rely on our backups as the only copy of your content

Web hosting & Managed Servers

Incremental backups are processed daily. This means that you can access the most recent backup of your website content in konsoleH by using the Restore Backup Tool and selecting the time-stamp of the backup you wish to restore. These backups are kept for 2 weeks.

Self-Managed Servers

All Self-Managed Server customers may make use of File Storage to safely and conveniently store a backup copy of important data. File Storage provides a Self-Managed customer with 100 GB of storage space on a remote storage server.
