Why can’t I find a tick box to indicate that I’ve made a payment?

  • You have already used the ‘Payment Made’ Tool for an invoice and the payment was not settled in full.
  • Your preferred payment method is Debit Order. No proof of payment is required.
  • If the Debit Order payment is rejected but the rejection has not yet been confirmed by MultiData (the agency collecting our debit orders). Please wait until we have updated our records and send you an email requesting that payment be made.
