How to check the cost-benefit of the Volume Plan in the xneelo Control Panel
The Volume Plan offers a significant cost advantage for anyone managing multiple websites. Instead of paying for individual hosting packages for each site, you’ll pay a single monthly fee depending on the amount of disk space you require. This results in a much lower cost per package as the number of your packages grow.
Note: Domain name registration and annual domain renewal fees are not included in the Volume Plan fee. See Domains for a breakdown of the fees applicable for each extension administered by xneelo.
See the table below for a cost comparison example:
Number of packages | Volume Plan (<75 GB for R699/mo) | Individual hosting (e.g. R99/mo) |
1 | R699 | R99 |
5 | R699 | R495 |
10 | R699 | R990 |
15 | R699 | R1485 |
Including more individual packages in a Volume Plan reduces the aggregate cost per package, making it ideal for our Reseller customers.
The cost of the Volume Plan will increase depending on the overall amount of disk usage you require. The monthly cost of the Volume Plan will be as follows:
Volume Plan SA & DE | Disk space quota | Price (includes VAT) |
Tier 1 | Less than 75 GB | R699 |
Tier 2 | 76 – 200 GB | R1299 |
Tier 3 | 201 – 500 GB | R1899 |
Tier 4 | 501 – 1100 GB | R2199 |
Should you exceed 1100 GB per month, disk overusage will be charged at R10 per GB.
The Cost Comparison tool within your control panel will conveniently calculate the viability of the Volume Plan against your existing hosting packages and location.
