How to confirm payment via the xneelo Control Panel

Payments via EFT or direct deposit are possible for annual payments. To notify us of your payment, log into your xneelo Control Panel to make use of the I have paid tool.

1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
2In the side menu, select Invoice Overview under Billing & Invoices.
3Click on the 3 dots menu on the right of your invoice.
4Select I have paid.
Note: This option can only be used once per invoice and on the oldest outstanding invoice first. It can take up to 3 days for the payment to clear on your account.
5You will be asked to confirm that your payment was made to xneelo's bank account and that your customer number was used as a reference. Click Confirm.
6A success message will appear.
What happens next
You will not receive further payment reminders while your payment is being processed.
Should your payment not reflect on our bank statement three days after you have selected the Payment Made tool, your invoice will roll back to Final Reminder status and risk possible deactivation. Be sure to use your customer number as the beneficiary reference.
The Payment Made box can only be used once per invoice. Payment should reflect the full amount owing for each invoice.
