How to view traffic and disk usage for a Volume Plan via the xneelo Control Panel

You can monitor your Volume Plan traffic and disk usage in the xneelo Control Panel. The traffic and disk usage tools enable you to view and set up reports to help manage your usage efficiently.


  • View traffic or disk usage

      Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

      Under Web Hosting in the side menu, select your Volume Plan.
    3. 3
      Select Disk Usage or Traffic Usage.
    4. 4
      A report for the current period will appear, including an overview of each domain.
    5. 5
      Use the billing period drop-down if you would like to view the previous report. You can also download the report as a CSV file.

      You can sort the report by domain name and disk usage by selecting the arrow next to the headings.

      You can use the filter menu to check which package exceeds or is within its package allocation.





  • Set up a disk usage report

      Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

      Under Web Hosting in the side menu, select your Volume Plan.
    3. 3
      Select Usage Reports.
    4. 4
      Enter the email address that should receive monthly disk usage reports (you can add up to 4 recipients).

      Select Turn on reports.





  • Set up a traffic usage report

      Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
    2. 2
      Under Web Hosting in the side menu, select your Volume Plan.
    3. 3
      Select Usage reports.
    4. 4
      Under the Traffic usage report section, select the frequency you would like to receive the reports.
    5. 5
      Enter the email address that should receive monthly disk usage reports (you can add up to 4 recipients).

      Select Turn on reports.



Assist Note

If a domain exceeds its allocated disk space quota, you can reduce disk usage to avoid unnecessary charges for over-usage.
