Make the switch and discover a simpler, more secure way to manage your hosting.

Email forwarding allows you to either copy or redirect mail to other email addresses, either within your domain or to any external email address. Select between the following options:

  1. Alias forwarding – redirect mail by forwarding directly to another email address, without receiving it in the original mailbox.
  2. Mailbox forwarding – receive mail to your mailbox and forward a copy to another email address.

If you prefer to set up an email forwarder via Webmail, refer to this Help Centre article. Alternatively, follow the steps below to set up mail forwarding via konsoleH.

Set up email forwarding

  1. Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level
  2. Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Services tab
  3. Select Mail from the left-hand menu
  4. Select Manage Accounts
  5. The Manage Accounts page will display all the active mailboxes already in use for your domain
    • To add a forwarder to a non-existing email address, select New Mailbox or New Alias. Type in the new email address and fill in the destination email address.
    • To add a forwarder to an existing email address or alias, select Edit to the right of the email address.
  6. Add the forwarder/s in the Forward field/s and select Save

We recommend sending a test email to ensure your email forwarder has been set up as desired.

Disclaimer: If an email receives a spam score higher than the threshold set for the domain, it will automatically be delivered to the spambucket folder.  This action will overrule any auto-responder or email forwarding settings.
