How to cancel your Managed WordPress hosting
Managed WordPress trial sites that are not upgraded to paid sites after 30 days are automatically deleted. That means you don’t need to notify us if you decide to discontinue your trial website.
The xneelo Control Panel allows you to manage your paid Managed WordPress hosting, including cancellations.
Steps

2Under Products in the side menu, select Managed WordPress.

3Select your Managed WordPress site.

4Under the Advanced section, click the Cancel service button.

5Agree to the terms by ticking the checkbox and then click Confirm.
What happens next
Your Managed WordPress product will remain active for a further 30 days as per xneelo’s 30-day cancellation notice period.
Ensure that you have a copy of your website content as it will be deleted from our servers 30 days after you have submitted the cancellation.
You are able to reverse the cancellation of your Managed WordPress package via the xneelo Control Panel. The hosting package will remain active for 30 days following the cancellation.
