How to order a Volume Plan
The Volume Plan is ideal for resellers, web designers and developers who host a number of websites as it allows you to structure your hosting according to your needs. It includes an unlimited number of domains, with generous traffic and disk space quotas – all for a set monthly hosting fee.
Note: Domain name registration and annual renewal fees are not included in the Volume Plan fee. See Domains for a breakdown of the fees applicable for each extension administered by xneelo.
Order a Volume Plan in konsoleH
- Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level
- Select NEW ORDER (top right)
- Choose Volume Plan SA or Volume Plan DE according to your choice of international or local hosting
- Click Next
- Complete your order
The last step will ask you to ‘Confirm Order Details’. Please make sure you have read our Terms of Service before clicking ‘Place Order’.
When you order your Volume Plan all the domains located within the specific location are automatically included in your Volume Plan, excluding any ‘Registration Only’ domains.
If you do not want a package to form part of your Volume Plan you will need to manually exclude the package; you can include it again if required.
How to exclude or include a domain from your Volume Plan
- Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level
- Select the Volume Plan
- Select Account Management from the left hand menu
- Select Include/Exclude List
- Select the Excluded or Included radio button next to the domain you wish to exclude or include
- Your change is successful once the word Modified appears in the Status column
Once you exclude the selected domain from your Volume Plan, it is important to note that the monthly costs as well as the disk and traffic quotas of that individual web hosting package will apply.
