Why have my services been suspended if I have paid?

It is possible that you may have made the payment too late and it has not yet reflected on our bank statement. There are a number of reasons why this could happen and provision should be made for delays in transfers between financial institutions and payment should be made to us no later than the first payment reminder. Payment should be received within the first 7 days of receiving your invoice.

It may also be possible that you have used the incorrect reference number. Contact us if the incorrect reference/ customer number has been used. We strongly advise that you confirm payment via konsoleH or the xneelo Control Panel once payment has been made.

Assist Note

It’s not necessary to send Proof Of Payment for EFT payments. Instead, confirm your payment via your control panel. This caters for transfer delays between financial institutions.
