Why have my services been suspended if I have paid?

It is possible that you have made the payment too late and it has not yet reflected on our bank statement. There are a number of reasons why this could happen and provision should be made for delays in transfers between financial institutions and payment should be made to us not later than the first payment reminder. Payment should be received within the first 7 days of receiving your invoice.

It may also be possible that you have used the incorrect reference number. We strongly advise that you confirm payment in konsoleH.
