Manage mail (kH1)

The Manage Accounts tool in konsoleH allows you to manage the functionality of mailboxes/email addresses associated with your domain, including resetting passwords and editing email forwarders.

Note: This article refers to the old Mail Admin tool in konsoleH v1. For a guide to using the new version, see: How to manage email accounts

Reset a Mailbox password

  1. Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level or Domain level
  2. If Admin level: Select or search for the applicable domain
  3. Select Mail in the left-hand menu
  4. Select Manage Accounts
  5. Select Edit next to the applicable mailbox
  6. Enter your new password and ensure you use a strong password
  7. Confirm your new password.
  8. Click Update

Add or Edit Email forwarders

Email forwarding allows you to send a copy of emails received by an email address on your domain to another email address or multiple email addresses.

  1. Browse to konsoleH and log in
  2. Access the  Hosting Services tab on the relevant domain
  3. Select Mail from the left-hand menu
  4. Select Manage Accounts
  5. The main window will display all the active email accounts already in use for the domain
  6. To add email forwarding for a mailbox, click on the Edit button next to the appropriate email account
  7. The drop-down box next to the Forward field allows you to select an existing mailbox on your domain to which you can forward a copy of all emails received.
  8. The + Forward fields (numbered 2 to 6) allows you to forward a copy of all emails received to an external email address that is unrelated to your domain.
  9. To delete a forward, click Edit in the relevant row, then remove the email address listed
  10. Click Save
