How to get started
Welcome to xneelo!
Here’s how to order your hosting package and get your website up and running.

1. Create an account with us
Register here for your xneelo account. Remember to copy and save your account password. Registration provides access to your control panel for ordering and managing your hosting services.Please note that you may be required to verify your account details. Please ensure to use the correct details when creating your account.

2. Log in to the control panel
The xneelo Control Panel provides you with the convenience of administering all your services with us from anywhere in the world via a web browser.
Log in with the email address and password you provided when creating the account.
You’ll be prompted to set up 2FA using your preferred method.

3. Order your hosting package
Order your ideal hosting package and/or domain name.
You can also order a domain registration without a hosting package if you do not require hosting (website and email functionality). You can connect your domain to a hosting package at any time if you change your mind.

4. Set up your domain
New domain: If you have ordered a new domain as part of your sign-up, you don’t need to do anything else to activate it – it will be live as soon as propagation is complete.
Transfer your domain: To transfer an existing domain name to us, follow our step-by-step domain transfer guide.
Self-manage your domain: If you’d prefer to keep your domain registration with your current provider, you’ll need to provide our name servers to your current domain host or Registrar. Once the name servers have been updated and propagation is complete, your domain will be live with xneelo.

5. Create a web page
Existing website:
- You can upload web pages to your web space using the FTP account provided. Configure your FTP client software with the FTP access details provided to you.
- Follow our guide if you would like to transfer your existing WordPress website to xneelo.Â
New website:Â
- You can install a new WordPress instance through your control panel if you would like to use WordPress to build your website.
- We offer SiteBuilder, an easy-to-use drag-and-drop website builder, for an additional fee.

6. Create an email address
Mailboxes can be created via your control panel.
Once you’ve created your email address, you can access it via Webmail or by configuring your own email client software.
Invite other users to collaborate on your account by giving them a distinct user role.
