What payment methods are accepted by xneelo?

Customers can choose one payment method for all services on their xneelo account. There are 2 payment options:

1. Debit Order: Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annually, or Annually
2. Card or EFT (online card payment or bank transfer):  Annually in advance

1. Debit Order

Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annually or Annually

• Available to customers using a South African bank.
• Credit cards are not accepted for debit order collections. Credit cards can be used for the Invoice (cash basis) payment option.
• A Tax Invoice is emailed at the conclusion of the monthly billing run, on approximately the 20th of each month, and debit orders are deducted on the 1st business day each month.
• This invoice includes all new orders, domain registrations, domain renewals and recurring monthly charges on the account for that specific month.
• A 2-3 days ‘enquiry period’ applies after the Tax Invoice is sent to allow you to settle any queries with us. During this period, additional invoices are created for newly ordered domains, which could result in multiple invoices.
• A rejected debit order will accrue a handling fee of R50 per rejection, which is added to the following period’s debit order. The amount due for the rejected debit order needs to be paid by card or EFT.

2. Card or EFT

Annually in advance

• A Tax Invoice is issued on the day of the order and emailed to you.
• Customers have 7 days to settle payment from the date of invoicing.
• Payment may be made online via the Pay Now link in konsoleH (under Statement Overview), using a Credit, Debit or Cheque card.  Our banking details are:

• Use your Customer number as a reference when making payments via EFT. Log in to konsoleH or the xneelo Control Panel and confirm payment has been made.

Your payment method can be updated via konsoleH or the xneelo Control Panel.
